At Tiff & Rose Naturals, we take immense pride in handcrafting pure, premium organic products. Due to the personal, artisanal, and hygienic nature of our natural skincare and hair growth oils, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit via USPS/UPS, we want to make it right instantly.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Tiffandrosen@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will happily ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an item has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled.
